  If the Cappuccino and/or Latte control button lights do not illuminate on your Sunbeam Coffee Maker, it could be that the Milk Reservoir is not inserted. Place the Milk Reservoir on the unit. If the Milk Reservoir is on the unit, push it in firmly until the Cappuccino and Latte control button lights illuminate.
