Usage Features
- Assembly:
- Position the processing bowl on the motor base, handle facing you, and rotate counter-clockwise to lock.

- Operation:
- Plug the power cord into a 230-240V AC outlet and turn power 'ON'.
- Select the desired processing speed (1, 2, or PULSE) using the control dial.
- The food processor will only start when the large pusher is inserted into the extra-wide chute.
- For maximum control, load the feed tube before turning on the processor and always use the food pusher.
- Additional ingredients can be added during processing by pouring through the feed tube after removing the food pusher.
- After processing, return the control dial to the 'OFF' position.
- Tips for Best Results:
- Chopping: Process pieces of food that are approximately equal in size for consistent results. Avoid overloading the bowl.
- Mincing: Pre-cut meat into approximately 2cm square cubes.
- Vegetables: Peel and quarter or cut large vegetables into eighths.
- Mixing: Quantities vary with mixture density. Add dry ingredients directly to the bowl before processing; liquid ingredients can be added through the feed tube while operating. Scrape down bowl sides for sauces/semi-liquid ingredients.
- Slicing/Shredding/Grating: Cut ingredients to fit the feed tube. Pack firmly and press down evenly with the food pusher. Softer foods like cheese should be well chilled.
- Blending (LCP6000BK only): Cut food items into 2-3cm cubes. Blend liquids first, then add dry ingredients. Ensure stones and bones are removed. Do not process hot/warm liquids; allow to cool to room temperature. Never fill above the 1.5-litre maximum level.
- Important Safety Reminders:
- Always use extreme care when handling sharp blades and cutting discs.
- Unplug from power outlet before cleaning or changing accessories.
- Do not overfill the processor.
- Always remove the blade before emptying the processing bowl.
- When mixing heavy loads (e.g., 0.5kg dough), do not operate for more than 38 seconds at a time.
- Do not put hot liquids into the food processor bowl or blender jug.
- Never use fingers to push food down the feed tube; always use the food pusher.
- Do not operate the blender without the lid on.
- Do not operate the blender for more than 2 minutes at a time.
