Insert one bolt ( HH) into the hole in the larger portion end of one shock ( K). Thread
one nut ( II) onto the bolt ( HH) and tighten.
Repeat for remaining bolt ( HH), shock ( K) and nut Oh. 10
Paying close attention to the bend orientation of the hinge ( G), insert the end of the bolt ( HH)
previously installed in Step 9 into the hinge ( G) as shown. Install one star locknut ( GG) onto the
bolt ( HH). Use a wrench to tighten locknut.
Repeat for the remaining hinge ( G), shock ( K) and locknut ( GG).
Orient the hinge assemblies to create one right and one left hinge configuration as shown.

Lower hinge to lid panel ( E). Nut should nest into pocket on lid. Attach hinge to lid
panel by using six screws ( AA).
Repeat with hinge on other side.

Insert bolt ( HH) into Shock bottom. Thread nut ( II) onto bolt ( HH) and tighten.
Insert Bolt into lower hinge.
Repeat with hinge on other side.
