Lower the lid onto base, inserting bolt (EE) into side. Use nut (GG) to secure
the bolt (HH) through the lower hinge and the side panel. Use nut (II) to
secure bolt (EE). Tighten with wrench.
Repeat for the other side.

Attach one ball stud and lock nut (DD) to one hinge brace (G) at the location
shown. The stud will stick out in the direction of the offset pivot joint. Add
a second ball stud and lock nut (DD) to the remaining hinge brace. The
direction of the bottom leg will determine the left or right orientation.

Attach hinge brace (G) with six screws (AA) to the lid panel (E)
