Its primary function is to provide a cardiovascular workout in a reclined position, which can be more comfortable and supportive for users compared to upright bikes. The bike features adjustable resistance levels, a computer console to track workout metrics, and a comfortable seat with a back cushion.

    • BODY FAT: Measures body fat percentage (5%~50%) and BMI (1.0~99.99) based on user input (Gender, Age, Height, Weight).
    • RECOVERY: Measures heart rate recovery status (F1 being best, F6 worst).

Usage Features:

  • Adjustable Resistance: Users can easily increase or decrease workout intensity by rotating the Tension Control Knob (No. 21) clockwise for more resistance or counter-clockwise for less.
  • Adjustable Seat: The seat can be adjusted forward or backward to accommodate different user heights. This is done by pressing down the Brake Handle (No. 10), sliding the seat, and then lifting the handle to lock it in place.
