Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if taking medication.
Stop exercising if you experience pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, or dizziness.
Attach Front and Rear Stabilizers to the Main Frame using bolts and washers.
Assemble handlebar, post, and covers, then attach to the main frame using pop-pin knob.
Lock seat slider, adjust seat post height, and secure with pop-pin knob.
Attach left and right pedals to their respective crank arms, tightening with a spanner.
Adjust foot levelers to compensate for uneven grounding.
