Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove Packing Bases

Unscrew flat roundhead screws to remove front and rear packing bases from the main frame.

Step 2: Attach Stabilizers

Attach front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using flat washers and flat roundhead screws.

Step 3: Install Pedals

Align and tighten the right and left pedals to their corresponding crank arms using the provided spanner.

Step 4: Adjust Handlebar Height

Loosen the adjustment knob to slide the handlebar post to the desired height and retighten.

Step 5: Attach Handlebar

Attach the handlebar onto the handlebar post using flat roundhead screws and flat washers.

Step 6: Adjust Seat Height

Loosen the adjustment knob to slide the seat post to the desired height and secure.

Step 7: Attach Seat Slider

Loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat slider into the seat post, and fix the seat.

Step 8: Install Bottle Holder

Reattach parts and install the bottle holder onto the main frame using screws and washers.

Maintenance & Adjustments

Inspect Worn Parts

Periodically inspect equipment for defective or worn parts, such as brake pads, and replace as needed.

Check Pedal Tightness

Always inspect pedals before exercise; retighten them onto the crank arms if they become loose.

Tighten Seat Nut

If the seat has loosened, use the spanner to tighten the hexagon nut located under the seat.
