Gas Types

Assembly Instruction

Step 1: Assemble Bottom Shelf

Assemble the bottom shelf with the trolley left hand panel by sliding legs onto the shelf.

Step 2: Install Right Hand Panel

Install the trolley right hand panel on the opposite side of the bottom shelf.

Step 3: Attach Castors

Attach lockable and fixed castors to the leg assemblies under the bottom shelf.

Step 4: Attach Support Rail

Attach the horizontal support rail to the front legs.

Step 5: Insert Rear Legs Screws

Insert M5 screws into the LH and RH rear legs, loosening screws to slide in the rear panel.

Step 6: Attach Rear Panel

Attach the rear panel between the RH and LH rear legs.

Step 7: Place Door Assembly

Place the door assembly and slide its bracket onto the LH stud.

Step 8: Place Condiment Shelf

Place condiment shelf assembly and slide its bracket onto the RH stud.

Step 9: Place Front Trimming

Place front trimming and secure it to the trolley assembly with bolts.

Step 10: Attach Side Shelf

Attach LH side shelf assembly to LH trolley assembly and secure with bolts.

Step 11: Attach Side Burner

Attach RH side burner assembly to RH cart assembly.

Step 12: Attach Cylinder Hook

Attach cylinder hook under RH panel bar with bolt and nut.

Step 13: Place BBQ Body

Lower the BBQ body assembly onto the trolley assembly.

Step 14: Place Flame Tamers

Place grill plate flame tamers above burners on the BBQ chassis.

Step 15: Insert Warming Rack

Insert warming rack and place cast iron grill plate above flame tamers.

Step 15: Slide Drip Tray

Slide the drip tray onto the bottom of the barbecue body.

Connecting the Gas Supply

Step 1: Connect Hose and Regulator

Screw the flared fitting of the hose and regulator onto the BBQ and side burner inlets.

Step 2: Attach Regulator to Cylinder

Attach the regulator to the gas cylinder following supplied instructions.

Step 3: Test for Gas Leak

Perform a test leak check each time the cylinder is installed or refilled.

Lighting Instructions

Before Lighting

Ensure cylinder is filled, gas is on, connections are tight, and hood is open.

Ignition Process

Use automatic igniter by pushing gas control knob and turning to high flame.

Manual Ignition

Use a long lighted match through a side hole for manual ignition if automatic fails.
