Also, check if the cylinder is empty and replace it with a full one if needed. If the igniter isn't sparking, remove the plate and visually inspect the ignition box for a spark. If no spark is present or if the igniter button is not working, contact an authorized service agent. Finally, a blocked injector can also prevent ignition; in this case, gently clean the injector with a toothbrush, but do not use wire or drill it out. If that doesn't work, contact an authorized service agent.

  If the flame on your Sunshine Grill is erratic, it might be due to a blocked burner. Remove the burner and check for any obstructions. If the flame is burning inside the burner and you hear a hissing sound, turn off the burner, allow it to cool, and then try to re-ignite it. A partially blocked injector can also cause an erratic flame; clean it carefully with a toothbrush, without drilling or using wire.
