• In the event of fat fire, DO NOT DOUSE WITH WATER. Turn off gas supply at the
cylinder.
• Every time the cylinder is reconnected, do a leak test.
• Never leave burners on high for more than 10 minutes unless actual cooking.
NATIONAL AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS
All gas fitting work, service and repairs (including works on any part of
part of the gas circuit) can only be performed by an authorized gas fitter in accordance with
national regulations. All replacement parts must meet Sunshine specification.
GAS TYPES
The barbecues are both category 13+(28-30/37) and I3B/P(30) appliances. Gas
consumption, inlet pressure and injector orifice sizes are shown in the following tables.
