<controller #> – Number of the SAS controller targeted by this command.
Program Return Value –
0x00 SUCCESS: command completed successfully.
0x01 FAILURE: command failed.

Current operation – Synchronize or None

Physical disk I/Os – Quiesced or Not quiesced

WinPE versions of CFGGEN only.
