Remove
the
pad
mounting
bolt
(@
and
take
out
the
pads.
*
Do
not
operate
the
brake
lever
while
dismounting
the
pads.
*
Replace
the
brake
pad
as
a
set,
otherwise
braking-performance
will
be
adversely
affected.
NOTE:
Push
in
the
piston
all
the
way
to
the
caliper
when
remounting
the
caliper.
CALIPER
REMOVAL
AND
DISASSEMBLY

Remove
the
caliper
by
removing
the
union
bolt
@
and
caliper
mounting
bolts
®.
NOTE:
Slightly
loosen
the
pad
mounting
bolt
@
to
facilitate
later
disassembly.
e
Remove
the
pad
mounting
bolt
(@
and
take
out
the
pads.
