Check
to
be
sure
that
all
nipples
are
tight,
and
retighten them as necessary using special tool.

REAR SPROCKET
Inspect
the
sprocket
teeth
for
wear.
If
they
are
worn
as
illustrated,
replace
the
sprocket
and
drive
chain.
REAR
SPROCKET
DRUM
BEARING
Inspect
the
play
of
the
rear
sprocket
drum
bearing
inner
race
by
hand
while
it
is
in
the
sprocket
drum.
Rotate
the
inner
race
by
hand
to
inspect
for
abnormal
noise
Occurs
and
rotating
smoothly.
Replace
the
bearing
if
there
is
anything
unusual.
REAR
SPROCKET
DAMPER
Inspect
the
dampers
for
wear
and
damage.
If
any
defects
are
found,
replace
the
dampers
as
a
set.
