e Remove the frame covers, seat and fuel tank.

cylinder
head
cover.

e Disconnect the de-comp. cables, automatic and
manual. (Refer to page 3-4)

First
loosen
and
retighten
the
four
10-mm

and
two
8-mm

nuts
to
the
specified
torque
with
a
torque
wrench
sequentially
in
diagonally
with
the
engine
cold.

EXHAUST PIPE AND MUFFLER
© Tighten the exhaust pipe bolts, muffler connec-
tion bolt and muffler mounting bolts to the
specified torque with a torque wrench.
