After
removing
the
circlip,
remove
the
thrust
washer,
spring,
de-compression
cam
and
thrust
washer
from
the
kick
starter
shaft.
REASSEMBLY
e
When
fitting
the
de-compression
cam
onto
the
kick
starter
shaft,
be
sure
to
align
the
punched
marks.
e
When
installing
a
circlip,
pay
attention
to
the
direction
of
the
circlip.
Fit
it
to
the
side
where
the
thrust
is
as
shown
in
the
figure
with
the
rounded
side
against
the
gear
surface.
e@ When fitting the kick starter pawl onto the
kick starter shaft, be sure to align the punched
marks.
