Remount Meter cover (A), Headlamp cover (B),
Headlamp upper cover (C) and Headlamp (D)
to the body.
4.
Install BRACKET,L ③ and BRACKET,R ④ to
Meter cover (A) and Headlamp upper cover (C), using
SPACER ⑤, SCREW (M5x16mm) ⑥, NUT ⑨ and
WASHER, RUBBER ⑩. (Fig 4)
5.
Drill 2 holes with Electric Drill along the marked area in
the back side of Headlamp upper cover (C) (φ9.6mm).

3.
Tightening torque
SCREW (M5x30mm) ⑧ :3Nm (2.2lbf-ft).
Install METER VISOR ① to BRACKET,L ③,
BRACKET,R ④ and Meter cover (A), using
SCREW (M5x20mm) ⑦, SCREW (M5x30mm) ⑧,
NUT ⑨, WASHER, RUBBER ⑩, WASHER, NYLON ⑪
and WASHER ⑫. (Fig 5)
6.
NOTE : Check the tightening torque of each bolt
on a regular basis and tighten as needed.
CARE
AND
MAINTENANCE
To clean, rinse meter visor with water to remove grit and soften dirt. Use a mild
non-abrasive liquid soap, plenty of warm water, and a clean flannel cloth or soft
chamois. Rinse well to remove all soap residue. Pat dry do not wipe.
