RIDING IN REVERSE
To engage reverse gear, follow these
directions.
1. Stop the vehicle and move the
shift lever to neutral.
2. Apply the front and rear brakes
and move the shift lever to the
reverse position.
3. Look to make sure there is noth-
ing in your way behind you.
4. Slowly release the brakes and
apply the throttle.
WARNING
Improperly riding this ATV in
reverse can be hazardous.
You could hit an obstacle or per-
son behind you, resulting in
injury.
When you select reverse gear,
make sure there are no obstacles
or people behind you. When it is
safe, back up slowly.
WARNING
Sudden application of the throttle
or making abrupt turns in reverse
gear can be hazardous.
Throttle surges or abrupt turns
could cause you to lose control of
the ATV.
When you ride in reverse, go
slowly and turn carefully.
WARNING
Indicates a potential hazard that
could result in injury or death.
