NOTE: The headlight lens can be
fogged after washing the motorcycle or
riding in the rain. Headlight fogging will
be cleared gradually when the headlight
is turned on. When clearing the head-
light lens fogging, run the engine to
avoid battery discharge.
NOTE: Avoid spraying or allowing water
to flow over the following places:
• Ignition switch
• Spark plugs
•Fuel tank cap
• Fuel injection system
• Brake master cylinders
• Clutch master cylinder
WARNING
Misplacing an object between the
fairing and the handlebars could
adversely affect operation of the han-
dlebars.
When cleaning the motorcycle, do
not place anything between the fair-
ing and the handlebars.
