    What to do if mobile can't control Svan SVAN3009 Air Conditioner?

      If the Svan Air Conditioner (WLAN module) is rebooted and the app displays 'Device remove', ignoring this confirmation will cause the mobile device to lose control permission. You will need to connect the air conditioner by CF mode again. Also, in case of a power failure, the mobile device will lose control permission of the air conditioner for 3 minutes after power is restored. If you still cannot control the air conditioner via the app after power is restored, connect the air conditioner by CF mode again.

      If you can't configure your Svan Air Conditioner, make sure the mobile device is connected to the correct WLAN router SSID and that the password is correct. Check the WLAN router for additional settings such as: a firewall enabled by the router or PC; MAC address filtering; a hidden SSID; and the DHCP server. Reboot the WLAN router, mobile device, and the air conditioner (WLAN module), then connect the air conditioner using CF mode again. Ensure nobody else is connected to the same air conditioner before rebooting.
