INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IGNITION
1. Horizontal use (barbecue mode)
• Adjust the settings of the device before switching it on.
• Make sure that the tank is correctly xed horizontally by means of the 2
L
pins provided for this
purpose.
• Clean the grill and rotisserie pins before rst use.
• Remove the grills

• Arrange a rst layer of charcoal over the entire surface of the replace. Distribute the charcoal
evenly, the layer of charcoal should not exceed a height of 15 cm from the bowl.
• Place dry kindling, crumpled up newspaper under the charcoal.
• It is better to light the charcoal with matches.
• Once the rst layer is correctly lit, have a second layer of charcoal to ll the tank to its maximum
capacity.
• Leave the charcoal to burn for approximately 30 minutes. Before starting to cook, wait for a layer of
ash to cover the fuel. Distribute the ashes evenly in the pan.
• Put the grills back in place

2. Vertical use (rotisserie mode)

• Place dry wood, crumpled newspaper or re-lighters under the charcoal. It is better to light the
charcoal with matches.
• Leave the charcoal to burn for approximately 30 minutes. Before starting to cook, wait for a layer of
ash to cover the fuel. Distribute the ashes evenly in the pan.
• Cook food keeping in mind that the appliance is very hot.
