• Sweeek’s warranty covers all parts of the griddle against production defects, and component aws,
during a 2-year period from the purchase date of the receipt.
• If a component proves to be defective during the warranty period, your only option will be to
have the defective component repaired or replaced under the terms dened by Sweeekn After-
Sales Service.
• The implementation of the Sweeek warranty involves the replacement of damaged components,
with shipping and return postage fees at the expense of the buyer.
• This warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, misuse or non-authorised repair of the
product. Once the defective product is returned to our workshops, it will be assessed and you
will be kept informed of the repairs to be made.
• Our equipment is designed for use in a personal, private context. Any use in a professional
context will invalidate all warranties automatically.
LIST OF EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
• Damage or faults attributable to external causes (accidents, collisions, lightning, strong winds, etc...).
• Failures resulting from the modication of the construction and original features.
• Any failure of non-conforming parts to those recommended by the manufacturer.
• Settings available to the beneciary without disassembly.
• Commissioning costs, adjusting, cleaning and tests after non-guaranteed damage.
• Non-compliance with manufacturer’s instructions.
• Any repair or damage to the unit after repair by anyone other than a repairer of our workshops or
without prior agreement from us.
• Makeshift or provisional repairs and resulting aggravation of the damage.
• Damage due to corrosion, oxidation, and poor connection.
• Replacement of worn components.
• Replacement of missing/damaged components that were not indicated on the delivery note.
