FOOD SAFETY
Wash your hands in hot, soapy water before handling meat, poultry and fresh sh. poultry and fresh

It is preferable that the foods to be cooked are at room temperature before cooking. If the food is
frozen, defrost it thoroughly before cooking.
The maximum load that the rotisserie can withstand is 25 kg.
In roasting mode, you can, if necessary, remove the cooking grills to enable unhindered rotation of
the meat or poultry.
MAINTENANCE
Wait until the rotisserie and charcoal have completely cooled before emptying the ash and cleaning
it.
When servicing and cleaning, ensure that the machine is unplugged and all moving parts have
stopped.
After cooking, remove grill and spit to avoid burning residue on these elements. Their cleaning will
be greatly facilitated.
About one to two times a year, clean the rotisserie with mild detergent and water. Rinse with clean
water and dry. Be sure not to put water on the motor and its power cable. Do not use abrasive
products.
Check the device and replace worn or damaged parts.
STORING THE APPLIANCE
Only store the appliance after cleaning it.
Store the device in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
Do not store it near corrosive substances such as fertilizers, thinners or fuels.
Do not cover the unit with a waterproof tarpaulin. Through condensation, the retained moisture will
damage the metallic and electronic components of the unit.
Protect the device from frost and moisture.
