IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Lack of maintenance, materials that are not resistant to contaminated pressurized air and certain liquids and wear lead to
the check valves leaking. In such cases, pressure intensified water and chemicals can penetrate into the pressurized air and
water supply systems, entailing a risk of major damage.
In order to minimize the extent of the consequential damages, the pressurized air and water supply systems must be
divided and separated from the cleaning system so that any backflow of water and chemicals will not damage other
equipment.
When the cleaning equipment is not in use:
Any water and air pressure in hoses must be released from pressure
Suction hoses must be removed from chemical containers
Equipment must be disconnected from mains power, water, and air supply
In order to ensure a high level of reliability, all injectors must be flushed with clean, warm water between changes of
chemicals and after use.
System Cleaners A/S accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from failure to comply with the above.
