TROUBLESHOOTING
Low water inlet pressure
illuminated. Inlet pressure below 1.5
bar / 22 psi
Water inlet filter clogged
No water or insufficient water at the
nozzle
Function selector switch not in the
rinse position
Turn the function selector switch to the
desired function
Valve at the end of the hose not
open
Open the valve on the hose
The unit does not suck up detergent
Function selector switch is not in
the correct position
Turn the function selector switch to the
desired function
Suction filter or chemical restrictor
are blocked by chemical residue
Clean the suction filter or chemical
restrictor
Suction filter is above the fluid level
in the chemical container
Position the suction filter below the fluid
level
Air valve not opened or compressor
not started
Open air valve or start compressor
Insufficient air supply pressure
(Voyager 1, 2, and 4)
Increase air supply pressure
Chemical product is not a foam
product
Change to a chemical product with foam
booster
Chemical restrictor does not match
the chosen chemical type
Change the chemical restrictor to achieve
the correct dosing percentage
Suction filter, dosing valve or non-
return valve blocked by chemical
residue
Clean the suction filter, dosing valve and
non-return valve
Insufficient water supply to the unit
Make sure that the water supply is as
described in the technical specifications
The compressor’s intake filters are
blocked (Voyager 1K, 2K, and 4K)
Clean or replace both intake filters
Non-original foam nozzle fitted
Replace with original white foam nozzle
