1 The conditioning rotor's Y-fingers
Bolts for Y-fingers must not be over-tightened. The fingers and rubber dampers must be able to
move freely. Worn or bent Y-fingers must be replaced immediately.
Worn and hardened rubber blocks A must also be replaced. Lacking Y-fingers will produce
vibrations in the machine with fracture as a consequence.
2
V-belt
The spring on tension roller B must be kept tightened to 100 mm, as shown. On new machines
and when mounting a new V-belt, the spring must be retightened after a few hours' service.
3
Rubber dampers
Gummiklodser ved J og H danner stop for høstebjælkens hældning. Kontroller nogle få gange
pr. sæson, at gummiklodserne i højre og venstre side ikke er slidte eller beskadiget. Klodserne skal
mindst være 18 mm tykke.

Safety guards
Keep the guards F and G of the P.T.O. shafts and the machine in good order. This
is also valid for other guards of the machine. Missing or damaged guards of the
rotating parts might cause serious injury or death.
6 Hydraulic hoses
Be watchful - damaged hydraulic hoses must be replaced immediately. Do never use
sealing tape or similar to repair the hoses. The hoses must be securely fixed. All
hydraulic hoses of the machine should be replaced at least every 4 years.
