What to do if my TaoTronics TT-HE009 Heater does not start?

  If your TaoTronics Heater doesn't start, first ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. If that's not the issue, the Overheat Protection might have activated. To resolve this, turn the heater off, unplug it, and let it cool down. Check for any obstructions around the heater and remove them. Wait 5-10 minutes before plugging it back in. Also, check that your circuit breaker or fuse is working correctly and that the heater is on a flat, even surface. Finally, ensure the thermostat is set higher than the current room temperature.

  Your TaoTronics Heater might suddenly stop during heating if the ambient temperature exceeds 122°F. If this happens, unplug the heater and allow it to cool down until the ambient temperature drops below 122°F, then power it on again. Another reason could be that the heater is not placed on a flat, level, and stable surface. Make sure it is upright and then turn it on again.
