i.e. With the timer set to the current time (say for example 4pm16” on the timer) and
you wish the heater to turn on at 5pm and turn off at 8pm, push all the Pins
outward that are between the numbers 17 and 20. “17 represents 17.00 hours
which is 5pm and 20 represents 20.00 hours which is 8pm.
You can set the heater to turn on and off multiple times a day by setting the pins as
desired.
If you wish to use the heater continuously without the timer function, set the timer
switch to the “I(On) Position.
If you wish to stop the timer function and prevent heating, set the timer switch to the
“0(Off) position.
Note:
The indicator lights, in the heat selector switches, will be On when the timer is set to “I”
(On) position or the timing function is set on has switched On the heating function.
The indicator lights, in the heat selector switches, will be Off when the timer is set to
“0” (Off) position or the timing function is set on has switched Off the heating function.
CAUTION: Do not use the timer function unattended or while asleep.
The heater will not operate if timer is set to the position but the pins are not set
according to the times required.
If the heater loses its electricity supply, e.g. Switched off at the mains socket or in the
event of a power failure, the current time of day will need to be reset again after the
power is resupplied and if you wish to use the timer function.
7 Cleaning
Before any maintenance or cleaning work is carried out, DISCONNECT the appliance
from the ELECTRICITY supply.
If the appliance is hot, allow it to completely cool before cleaning.
Wipe the outer fins with a moist cloth. (Not a wet cloth)
Note: Do not use detergents, abrasive powders, highly perfumed cleaning products, wax
polishes or products containing alcohol, solvents, etc. as these may damage the unit.
Dry the appliance thoroughly.
Any dust build up in the vents can be vacuumed out.
DO NOT place any objects into any vents.
