1.4 Training DVD
As supplement to the Technical Training and the Technical Manual we also produced
a Training DVD which can be ordered at GTS.
The Training DVD is intended as refresh and self-study tool and can also be used as
medium for the technical training sessions.
1.5 Conclusion
We are convinced that the new Technical Training concept together with the Technical
Manual and the DVD are powerful tools which will help our service organisations to
achieve a higher level of repairs and customer satisfaction.
