1. Press the (▲) or (▼) button to select your
personal memory number. Your personal
data will display again.
2. Wait until the display shows “0.0”, then on
the scale with bare feet. Stand still while
the unit measures your weight.
3. Your weight will display for 2 seconds.
4. Continue to stand still on the scale while
your other readings are taken. The screen
will show “---” while the scale computes.
5. When measurement is complete, remain on
the scale. The body fat % and body water %
will alternately appear. The results are
repeated five times, then the scale switches
off.
