PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
The product is not recognized. The grill is not set in the Auto
Product Recognition mode.
Correct the product menu settings.
The product is out of specification
(examples: freezer burned,
warped, too thick, or too thin).
Use good product that is within
specification.
The platen will not auto-level. Defective motors and cables. Check/replace the motors and
cables.
Defective motor interface board. Check/replace motor interface
board.
Loose harness connections. Check/repair/replace harness
connections.
Defective main display controller. Check/replace main display
controller.
The automatic air drain will not
close.
Faulty solenoid. Repair/replace the solenoid.
Loose or broken wire. Locate and repair or replace the
wire.
