  If your TCL Switch displays 'PIN lock' or 'PUK lock', it means the SIM card is locked. To unlock it, log in to the web UI and enter the PIN or PUK code. Contact your internet service provider to obtain the PUK code. Note that if the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, you'll need the PUK code. Entering the PUK code incorrectly 10 times will permanently lock the SIM card.
