6.3- ACCORGIMENTI
ANTIDISTURBO
Apparecchiature elettriche od elettroniche possono
influenzarsi reciprocamente a causa dei collegamenti
di rete od altre connessioni metalliche fra di loro.
Al fine di minimizzare o eliminare l’influenza reciproca,
è necessaria una corretta installazione
dell’azionamento stesso unitamente ad eventuali
accorgimenti antidisturbo.
I seguenti avvisi si riferiscono ad una rete di alimenta-
zione non disturbata. Se la rete è disturbata, devono
essere presi altri accorgimenti per ridurre i disturbi.
In questi casi non è possibile dare indicazioni generali
e se gli accorgimenti antidisturbo non dovessero dare
i risultati desiderati, potete interpellarci.
1) Assicurarsi che tutti gli equipaggiamenti nell'arma-
dio siano bene collegati alla sbarra di terra usando
cavi corti connessi a stella. È particolarmente
importante che qualsiasi equipaggiamento di
controllo connesso al convertitore, ad esempio
PLC, sia connesso alla stessa terra con cavi corti.
2) L’azionamento deve essere fissato con viti e
rondelle dentate per garantire un buon collega-
mento elettrico tra il case ed il supporto metallico
e collegato alla terra del quadro; se necessario
occorre togliere il colore per garantire un buon
contatto.
3) Per il collegamento del motore usare solo cavi
schermati o armati e collegare la schermatura alla
terra sia dalla parte del convertitore che dalla
parte del motore. Se non fosse possibile l’uso di
cavi schermati, i cavi del motore dovrebbero
essere sistemati in una canaletta metallica collega-
ta a terra.
4) Tenere separati e distanziati tra di loro i cavi di
collegamento del motore, del convertitore ed i
cavi di controllo.
5) Per il collegamento della resistenza di frenatura
usare cavo schermato e collegare lo schermo a
terra ad entrambi i lati, convertitore e resistenza.
6) Posare i cavi di controllo distanti almeno 10 cm da
eventuali cavi di potenza paralleli.
Anche in questo caso è consigliabile l’uso di una
canaletta metallica separata e collegata a terra.
Se i cavi di controllo si dovessero incrociare con i
cavi di potenza, mantenere un angolo d’incrocio di
90°.
7) Prevedere dei gruppi RC o un diodo di
free-wheeling per le bobine dei teleruttori, relè ed

MEASURES
Electric or electronic devices can interfere as a result
of network connections or other metal connections.
In order to reduce or eliminate interference, the drive
must be installed correctly and interference suppres-
sion measures should be taken whenever needed.
The instructions below refer to undisturbed power
supply. In case of disturbances in the power mains,
additional measures should be taken to reduce such
disturbances.
In these cases, it is not possible to provide general
instructions; if the measures taken to suppress
disturbances should not prove sufficient, feel free to
contact us.
1) Ensure that all devices inside the cabinet are
properly connected to the ground bar, by means of
short, star-connected wires. It is extremely
important that all control devices connected to the
converter, such as the PLC, be connected to the
same ground via short wires.
2) The drive must be secured by means of screws and
toothed washers so as to ensure a suitable
electrical connection between the case and the
metal support and must be connected to the panel
ground; if needed, remove paint to guarantee
proper contact.
3) Connect the motor by means of shielded or armored
cables only and ground the shield on the converter
side as well as on motor side. If shielded cables
cannot be used, the motor cables should be
placed in a metallic raceway connected to ground.
4) Ensure that the motor cables, converter cables and
control ones are separated and well apart from
each other.
5) Connect the braking resistor with a shielded cable
and connect the shield to ground on both sides
(converter and resistor side).
6) Control cables should be placed at least 10 cm
away from power parallel cables, if any.
Also in this case, we recommend using a separate
metallic raceway properly grounded. If control
cables have to cross the power cables, make sure
they cross at 90-degree angles.
7) Fit RC units or a free-wheeling diode for contactor
coils, relays or other electromechanical switches
installed in the cabinet that houses the converter
and mount them directly on the connections of the
coils themselves.
