Cannot listen to any station, or the signal is too
weak.
e Tune in the station properly.
e For receiving an AM broadcast:
< When the unit is used outdoors, rotate
the unit for the best reception.
< When the unit is used indoors, connect
the supplied loop antenna.
e For receiving an FM broadcast, stretch the
telescopic antenna and rotate it for the best
reception.
Timer won’t work.
e Do not forget turn the unit off (standby)
(see page 16).
e Set the alarm <On> (see page 18).
If normal operation cannot be established,
remove the battery pack and unplug the AC
adaptor, wait a while, then install the battery
pack and plug the AC adaptor again.
