Tape
speed
1.
Connect
a
frequency
counter
to
the
deck
as
shown
in
Fig.
3-1.

Load
a
TEAC
MTT-111N
test
tape
and
play
the
beginning
of
the
test
tape.
3.
Adjust
the
variable
resistor
to
get
the
adjustment
value
of
3,000Hz
to
3,010Hz.
4.
in
play
mode,
check
that
the
following
figures
are
obtained
at
the
beginning
and
at
the
end
of
the
tape.
Speed
deviation
:

=
60Hz

meter

readings

wow-and-flutter
meter
are
as
follows.

the
beginning
and
the
end
of
the
tape)

and
read
the
pointer
indication
on
the

scale

each
tape
transport
operation.
The
measured
torque
should
