This document describes the Technaxx Easy IP-Cam Lamp FullHD TX-58, a camera designed for an E27 lamp base, offering full HD video recording and various monitoring features.

Function Description:

The Technaxx Easy IP-Cam Lamp FullHD TX-58 is an indoor IP camera that provides live viewing and monitoring capabilities. Its primary function is to record video and detect motion, sending push notifications to a connected mobile device. The camera is designed for easy installation, drawing power directly from an E27 lamp base, eliminating the need for a separate power cable. It features a built-in PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor to detect moving objects, such as humans or animals, by sensing infrared signals. Upon motion detection, the camera automatically records a video clip and sends an instant message to the user's smartphone via the Easy IP App. The camera also includes an IR LED for night lighting and an ambient light sensor, enabling clear video capture in low-light conditions. A built-in microphone allows for audio recordings, which can be monitored live or played back through the iOS/Android application. The device supports P2P Cloud monitoring, allowing remote access and management.

Usage Features:

Easy Setup: The camera can be set up easily on iOS/Android devices by scanning a QR code.
AP Mode: For initial setup or when the Wi-Fi network changes, the camera enters AP Mode, allowing direct connection to configure the Wi-Fi network. The Ready LED flashes green rapidly in AP Mode.
Mobile Application: The "Technaxx Easy IP App" is available on Apple Store and Google Play for managing and monitoring the camera.
Add Camera: Cameras can be added to the app by pressing the "Add Camera" icon, scanning the UID QR Code Label on the camera body, and entering the default password "888888" (customizable).
Monitor Camera: Users can view live-stream images by tapping the camera thumbnail in the app. Features include mute, record, snapshot, upside down view, and mirror view.
Advance Function: This section provides access to camera settings, photo/video gallery, and event list.
Camera List: Displays all installed Easy IP-Cams. If a camera is online, it shows a live view; if offline, it displays the last captured image.
Event List: Shows all events recorded when motion was detected by the camera.
Photos/Videos: Allows users to access recorded videos and photos, which are stored under local media.
Camera Settings: Provides various configurable options:
- Camera Name: Edit the camera's name.
- Camera Password: Set a new password (requires resetting the camera and reconfiguring settings).
- WIFI Network: Select the Wi-Fi network for the camera to connect to.
- Push Interval: Configure the interval for push notifications (No limits, 1-30 minutes, or off).
- Recording Mode: Activate "Alarm" for recording on motion detection or set to "Off" for no recording.
- Time Zones: Select the correct time zone for accurate time display in the app, with specific instructions for summertime adjustments.
- Camera Info: Displays camera model, version, vendor, total and free space of the inserted MicroSD card.
- Reconnect: Button to reconnect the camera if it is offline.
- Remove Device: Option to remove the selected camera from the list.
Event Record: The PIR sensor has a default interval of 30 seconds, meaning it activates and can be triggered only after this interval ends, preventing multiple recordings of the same object. The recording time is fixed at 60 seconds, and the PIR interval time is fixed at 30 seconds.
Monitor Event Detection: The camera automatically records a video clip upon PIR sensor detection and sends an instant message to the mobile device. The video resolution for event records is 1080p, and the file name format is ALERT0000-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.MP4.
View Event Record: Recorded event videos can be viewed from the Event List in the app. Videos are first downloaded to the mobile device and then played. For Android, videos are saved in "DCIM\EasyIP\Camera Name"; for iOS, in "EasyIP_Event_Device Name".

Maintenance Features:

MicroSD Card: The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 32GB for storing video files. Users should ensure a MicroSD card is inserted and has sufficient free space.
Reset Button: Pressing the Reset Button restores the camera to its default settings and enters AP Mode.
No Built-in Battery: The camera has no built-in battery; it turns off and goes offline when removed from the AC outlet. Settings are saved even after power loss, and the camera automatically reconnects to the configured Wi-Fi network when power is restored.
Cleaning: Protect the device from contamination and pollution by using a clean drapery. Avoid rough, coarse-grained materials or solvents/aggressive cleaners. Wipe the cleaned device accurately.
Firmware Updates: The device's software includes components released under the GNU General Public License Version 2 (GPL v2). Users can obtain a complete machine-readable copy of the source code upon written request.
