raise

tonearm,

start
button
to
move
the
tonearm
inward
(toward
the
center
of
the
record).
The
tonearm
will
keep
moving
inward
as
long
as
you
keep
the
start
button
depressed.
If
you
press
the
start
button
intermittently,
the
tonearm
will
move
inward
in
approximately
1
mm
steps.

tonearm

Note:
A
safety
feature
of
this
unit
is
that
the
tonearm
can
only
be
cued
between
the
lead-in
and
lead-out
grooves.
There-
fore,
you
cannot
cue
the
tonearm
all
the
way
back
to
the
start
position
at
the
edge
of
the
platter
in
the
case
of
17
cm
(7")
and
25
cm
(10”)
records.
Instead,
press
the
cueing
button
once
again
to
lower
the
tonearm
onto
the
record,
then
press
the
stop
button.

tonearm

When
you
press
the
cueing
button,
the
tonearm
rises
up
from
the
record
surface.
The
LED
illuminator
turns
on
when
the
stylus
tip
is
not
in
contact
with
the
record
grooves.
Press
the
cueing
button
again
to
lower
the
tonearm
onto
the
record
surface
and
begin
play
again.
The
LED
illuminator
will
then
turn
off.
