Use the band level controls to adjust the frequencies
displayed on the spectrum analyzer so that they are
all at the same level.
Make the adjustment so that the band level controls are
centered around the ‘'0 dB” position and are not set too
far in either the ‘+ dB” or ‘‘~ dB” direction.
(After adjustment, the positions of the band level controls
are the ideal listening point.)

Depending on the listening room, it is not always possible to obtain a perfectly flat response for equalization correction.
When making the correction adjustment, the spectrum analyzer display may not always visually agree with the positions of the band level
controls.
The
microphone
that
should
be
used
with
this
unit
is
the
RP-3800E
(sold
separately).
If
any
other
microphone
is
used,
the
frequency
<Microphone to be used with this unit>
response
displayed
on
the
spectrum
analyzer
may
differ
from
the
actual
sound
field
frequency
response.
