the
blue
lead
(negative)
of
the
motor.
Motor
should
rotate.
Connect
oscilloscope
between
the
white
lead
(positive)
and
the
red
lead
(negative)
of
the
motor.
Confirm
that
thare
is
about
120mVp-p.
Replace
motor
