12.12 Sorting the stations
> Press the MENU buon and then  or  to select > [Station order].
> Select a sorting type with  or  and confirm your selection with OK.
You can now choose between: Alphanumeric and provider.
13 FM/VHF mode
13.1 Switching the FM/VHF mode on
> Press the MODE buon as oen as required until [UKW-Radio] appears on
the display.
Alternatively:
> Press the MENU buon and then select [Main Menu > UKW].
When you switch on the radio for the first time, the frequency is set to 87.50
MHz.
If you have already set or saved a station, the radio plays the last station set.
In the case of RDS stations, the station name is displayed.
Adjust the antenna to improve reception.
13.2 FM reception with RDS information
RDS is a procedure for broadcasting additional information via FM stations.
Broadcasters with RDS might, for example, broadcast their station name or the
programme type. This appears on the display.
> The device can show the following RDS information:
RT (radio text),
PS (station name),
PTY (programme
type).
13.3 Manual station scan
> Press  or  in FM mode to set the desired station. The display shows the
frequency in increments of 0.05 MHz.
13.4 Automatic station scan
> Press SCAN to start the automatic scan. The station frequency runs upwards
in the display.
