- Foreign bodies, e.g. nails, coins, etc. must not be allowed to fall inside the
device. Do not touch the connection contacts with metal objects or your
fingers. This may cause a short circuit.
- This device is not intended to be used by people (including children) with
limited physical, sensoryormentalcapacities or lackof experienceand/or
knowledge,unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or they have been instructed by them as to how to use the device.
Never allow children to use the device unsupervised.
- Modifications to the device are prohibited.
- The CD player uses an invisible laser beam. If used incorrectly, this can injure
your eyes. Never look directly into the open CD compartment.
- This device has been classified as a CLASS 1 LASER.
WARNING! Implanted medical devices
Medical device manufacturers recommend a minimum distance of at least 16
cm between radios and implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers and
implantable cardioverter defibrillators, to avoid possible interference with the
medical device. Persons who rely on such devices should always maintain the
minimum distance of 16 cm between the medical device and the wireless
charging pad. Switch o the DIGITRADIO 602 if there is any reason to believe
that interference may occur. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the
implanted medical device. If you have any questions regarding the use of the
wireless charging pad together with an implanted medical device, consult
your physician.
4 Disposal
The device packaging is comprised exclusively of recyclable materials. Please sort
these and take them to a "Dual System" recycling facility. This product is identified
according to Directive 2012/19/EU on Electricaland ElectronicWaste (WEEE) and,
at the end of its service life, must not be disposed of with normal domestic waste. It
must be taken to a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic devices.
The
symbol on the product, the instruction manual or the packaging indicates this.
The materials used can be re-used in accordance with their labelling. An important
contribution is made to our environment by recycling, the recovery of materials or
other kinds of recycling for old devices.
