Symptom Possible cause and solution
Sound via SD card mode
and DAB+ available, but
no sound in Bluetooth
mode
No mobile device paired with the DIGITRADIO.
Please establish a Bluetooth connection with a mobile device.
Volume on mobile device too low.
Please increase the volume on your mobile device, connected via Blue-
tooth.
No sound via LINE IN /
AUX
Volume on mobile device set too low
Please check the volume seings on mobile device and please increase
volume if neccessary.
Fail in cable connection
Please make sure, that the 3,5 mm audio audio cable is connected with
the green LINE IN plug on DIGITRADIO. (Point 12 chapter 4)
Poor Poor DAB+ reception
Please ensure sucient DAB+ reception conditions.
Please change the location if possible and please start a new DAB scan.

Antenna isn´t connected correctly.
Bad or poor audio qual-
ity while transmiing the
signal via FM transmier
Inteference with another FM frequency.
Please select another frequency on the car audio system and please
select this frequency in FM transmier seing of DIGITRADIO also.
