If the Array Tag to be read is a bool array, then the count represents the number of 32 Boolean
blocks to read. On Figure 26 an example is shown that will read 64 bits from a Boolean Array Tag
names EXABOOL. These 64 bits will be copied in the SPX5 internal database word 70.
