Automac radio search FM Radio (FM) Menu N°51
This funcon automacally searches for FM radio frequencies.
The FM radio band is 65-108MHz.
Procedure:
In channel or frequency mode, press CALL.
Press * repeatedly to automacally search for FM radio frequencies.
To exit, press CALL again.
Note: listening to the radio is automacally interrupted to transmit or if signals
are received on the channels or on the set frequencies. When the signal disap-
pears, the device automacally switches to FM radio mode.

Search CTCSS / DCS code - Menu N°52
Thanks to this funcon, it is possible to search and memorize the codes
CTCSS / DCS used by other users.
Procedure:
1. In frequency mode, press Menu + 11.
2. Press it again
3. Set a random code and press Menu seng it (for conrmaon there must be
“CT” on the screen)
4. Return to Menu11
5. Press *, CT will ash on the display.
6. When another device is transming, the display will show the CTCSS / DCS
code.
7. Aer searching for the CTCSS code, the radio beeps and stops scanning.
Set the tone and press MR / VFO to conrm the saving or exit the menu by pressing
PTT or EXIT.
NOTE: scanning the DCS codes has the same procedure, but you have to select
MENU + 10 to scan.
Cursor “ ” (A / B) - Menu N°53
To move the cursor up or down, press AB.
The parameters indicated by the cursor are those that can be varied.

In channel mode, press # to select high or low power.
