KEYS:
6. Pressure reducer:
It adjusts the air pressure that supplies the pneumatic circuit.
Adjust the pressure reducer to the programmed test rated pressure in case the three-
time leak test is selected.
Adjust the pressure reducer at a pressure that is slightly higher than the programmed
test rated pressure, in case the two-time leak test is selected.
To adjust the pressure, unlock the knob by unscrewing the locking nut, rotate it
clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease:
At the end, rotate the nut again up to the locking position.
Adjusting field:
2P2B00 100 mbar : 2 bar ;
2P6B00 200 mbar : 8,5 bar;
Inlet max. pressure : 10 bar.
% WARNING: Do not adjust the pressure reducer at a pressure that is higher than the
device full scale not to damage the inner pressure sensor.
7. PLC connector and START FOOT SWITCH:
15-pin socket "D" connector for the PROVASET
2P - PLC connection and for the FOOT
SWITCH START CONTROL connection as explained in chapter 7.
8. Main two-pole 0/I (OFF/ON) switch for power supply
Socket:
IEC320 socket for the detachable supply cable.
The socket has two delayed fuses of the T 630mA, 5x20mm type.
