3.10 – Steam boiler pressure fault
Possible reasons:
a) Miscalibration of the pressure switch.
b) Fault on the pressure switch (contact open, the boiler cools)
Fault on the pressure switch (contact closed, the boiler reaches 2 Bar
pressure and releases the steam through the safety valve).
Operation:
a) Adjusting the pressure switch through the top hole of the dividing plate of
the steam boiler (see fig.36).
b) Replace the pressure switch

IMPORTANT:
The ideal working pressure should be between 0.9 and 1.3 Bar.
Therefore, during normal operation make sure that the pressure gauge
shows the right working pressure.
