4.2A – When selecting a coffee (high or low coffee level), a
quantity of coffee different from the preset one is
obtained.
Possible reasons:
- The volumetric counter 15 (see fig.55) is dirty or faulty.
Operations:
- Clean the dirty counter.
4.2B- When selecting a coffee (high or low coffee level),
the delivery does not stop unless the C/S button is
manually pressed.
Possible reasons:
- the volumetric counter is faulty.
Operations:
Replace the faulty volumetric counter (vedi fig.41 – 42).
NOTE: INSTRUCTIONS TO RECOGNIZE THE PROPER OPERATION
OF THE VOLUMETRIC COUNTER.
In normal conditions, when you choose coffee delivery from the buttons (19
or 20) (see fig.54), the Led located above the selected button will remain
steady on, while the led located above the C/S button (18) flashes regularly
with a quick sequence (about 2 flashes/sec.).
If a fault occurs on the volumetric counter, the led on the C/S button (18) starts
flashing at a slower frequency in case of dirty counter, and remains steady on in
case of faulty counter.

To further check the volumetric counter efficiency, it is possible to use the doses
already programmed inside the electronic station.
