1.) Install reservoir A to manifold
in unpressurised condition, remove valve B and open
threaded ring C, fill reservoir A with hydraulic oil afterwards.
2.) Install pressure gauge in-line filter D and pressure gauge cock E as well as test specimen
to manifold
.
3.) Open pressure gauge cock E at the test specimen
and close valve B at reservoir A.
4.) Pump up to the approximately required pressure as described under item chapter 13.3 and
13.4 (do not exceed maximum permissible pressure of any item) .
5.) If the required pressure has not yet been obtained, close pressure gauge cock E at the test
specimen
.
6.) Open valve B at the reservoir A and turn pump spindle(s) with the handcross
anticlockwise
to the stop.
7.) Close valve B at the reservoir A.
8.) Open pressure gauge cock E at the test specimen
.
9.) Pump up pressure (do not exceed maximum permissible pressure of any item) as described
under chapter 13.3 and 13.4.
