factory in Gratton, Wisconsin, to be
DEFECTIVE

MATERIAL
AND/OR
WORKMANSHIP,
except
as
provided below. This Limited Warranty

COVER

any
Tecumseh
engine
or
partes) thereofused to
power
anyvehicle in competitive racing
andlor
used on
any
commercial
or
rental track,
or
(ii) defects
or
damage
caused
by
alterations
or
modifications
of
new
Tecumseh
engines
or
parts
or
by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use
or
abuse
of
the product,
or
failure
to follow the instrucliOns contained in an Instruction Manual for the operation of the

Tecumseh engine

part. The cost of normal maintenance
or
replacement
of

not
defective shall be paid
for
by
the original purchaser. At the time warranty service is requested, evidence must
