Press unlocking button to release jaws and lift lid.
Place lid correctly and press locking button. Ensure jaws contact lid edge.
Remove timer, turn lid, loosen screw holding module with a coin.
Fit, set, and use the electronic timer. Adjust time and note audible end-of-cooking signal.
Remove stickers, fold handles by pressing buttons. Raise to lock. Do not heat with folded handles.
Ensure minimum 250ml liquid. Do not fill over 2/3, or half for expanding foods.
Place basket on supports, add 750ml water for steam cooking. Allows simultaneous cooking below.
First use: Fill, close, heat to max, lower heat when steam appears, then cool and open.
Check module, valves, lid. Set selector/timer, heat to max, do not open when pressurized.
Cooking begins with steady steam. Lower heat. Timer signals end. Turn off heat and stop bell.
Choose slow or fast pressure release. Ensure pressure is fully released before opening.
Clean cooker after use. Pot/basket dishwasher safe. Lid requires timer/seal removal. Hand wash components. Re-fit seal carefully.
