Pressure cooker base diameter
Normative informations:
Maximum operating pressure: 80kPa.
Maximum safety pressure: 140kPa.
Compatible heat sources
■ Stainless steel models are suitable for most hob types, including induction except Aga
cookers.
■ On an electrical and induction stoves, use a hot plate of diameter of equal or lower than
that of the base of the pressure cooker.
■ On a ceramic table, make sure that the base of the pot is clean and dry.
■ On gas, the flame should not lick out from around the base of the pressure cooker.
■ On all sources of heat, make sure that your pressure cooker is correctly centred.
■ Pressure Cookers cannot be used on an Aga type cooker.
Do not heat your pot when it is empty, as you risk damaging your product.
